Individual and Small Group tuition can be increased at any point throughout the academic year. Any changes in tuition, must be confirmed in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, any changes in tuition must not be agreed directly with the Instrumental Tutor.
Decreases in Individual and Small Group tuition can only be made at the following points throughout the year. We do appreciate however, there are extenuating circumstances where tuition might need to be decreased, and we do try to be as flexible as possible. Any reduction outside of the deadlines will be at the discretion of your Area Manager.
- Friday 27 September 2019 to take effect from Tuesday 29 October 2019
- Friday 22 November 2019 to take effect from Wednesday 8 January 2020
- Friday 13 March 2020 to take effect from Monday 20 April 2020
For Y11, Y12 and Y13 students, the additional adjustment dates due to the exam period is as follows.
- Friday 1 May 2020 to take effect from Monday 1 June 2020.
The School will undertake to provide four weeks written notice of any planned school closure, or cancellation to any affected instrumental teacher. If less than four weeks notice is given, you will still be charged for the visit.
The Service cannot accept any responsibility for lessons cancelled by the school, although every effort will be made to rearrange timetables to accommodate the requirements of the school.
Please note, you will not be charged if tuition is cancelled by Lincolnshire Music Service, or due to staff absence if cover cannot be provided.
