Decreases in Individual and Small Group tuition can only be made at the following points throughout the year.
Please note, decreases in tuition must be agreed in writing with your Admin Lead or assigned Area Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do appreciate however, there are extenuating circumstances where tuition might need to be decreased outside of these guidelines and we do try to be as flexible as possible. Any reduction outside of the deadlines will be at the discretion of your Area Manager.

The School will undertake to provide four weeks written notice of any planned school closure, or cancellation to any affected instrumental teacher. If less than four weeks notice is given, you will still be charged for the visit.
The Service cannot accept any responsibility for lessons cancelled by the school, although every effort will be made to rearrange timetables to accommodate the requirements of the school.
Please note, you will not be charged if tuition is cancelled by Lincolnshire Music Service, or due to staff absence if cover cannot be provided.
For any cancellation to tuition, please note this needs to be submitted in writing to your Admin Lead at email@example.com. Any cancellations cannot be agreed directly with your Instrumental Teacher.
