The award-winning Lincolnshire Music Service is seeking a full-time Partnership Manager to champion and develop music opportunities in the district of East Lindsey within the county of Lincolnshire.
Lincolnshire Music Service is the lead organisation of the Lincolnshire Music Education Hub which is funded by the Department for Education and brokered by Arts Council England. We deliver to 93% of schools within Lincolnshire with an excellent reputation for high-quality delivery and customer service. LMS (Lincolnshire Music Service) is a friendly team consisting of around 70 contracted tutors committed to making a difference through music across the county.
The postholder will ensure that the values and strategic vision for Lincolnshire Music Service are clearly communicated and embedded throughout all activities. They will need to be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and in particular, with other Partnership Managers (we have 5 in total allocated across the districts), as well as manage complex workloads and partnerships. This role would be covering East Lindsey, which is a large rural and coastal area of 1,760 km2, making it the fifth-largest district in England. The major locations include Horncastle, Alford, Wragby, Spilsby, Mablethorpe, Skegness, Louth and Woodhall Spa.
The ability to take the initiative, demonstrate impact, work independently, communicate across teams and partners we well as schools will be essential to the success of the role. Previous strategic experience of Whole-Class Instrumental Teaching and the Primary/Secondary Music Curriculum is desirable.
The Music Service supports schools to deliver high quality teaching and learning by offering a wide range of services and products. At a strategic level, Lincolnshire Music Service is a traded service and receive funding through Arts Council England. The Hub brings together various partners, from across the county and beyond, creating a wide range of opportunities for all children and young people to become involved with Music in Lincolnshire.

- Hybrid working is a feature of this role, however there is a requirement and expectation for face to face meetings, delivery and outreach within the district and beyond.
